  • For all standard orders up to $149.99, postage is a flat rate of $6.85
  • For all standard orders over $150.00 or more, postage is FREE ! 
** We use Australia Post and Sendle, all parcels will be issued with a tracking number. Delivery may take between 3 - 6 business days. **
Please note once your parcel has left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late or damaged goods.


Luna Bella Designs will ship worldwide. Postage costs for a standard order are:
  • Asia/China - AUD $22.00
  • Europe - AUD $30.00
  • USA&Canada - AUD $25.00
  • New Zealand - AUD $15.00

Please Note: International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver depending on your destination. Luna Bella Designs are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once the parcel has left Luna Bella Designs, the item/s are no longer in our control and any lost, stolen or delayed packages will not be refunded.


If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please email within 3 business days so we can check availability and put it aside for you whilst we wait for your return. Please include your name, order number and the details of the product you ordered and what size you would like to exchange it for. If the size in not available, a credit note will be issued after we receive the goods.
The merchandise must be in it's original condition with the original packaging and labels. Any items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please always review the size chart provided to ensure you order the suitable size needed. The sender will be responsible for the cost of returning and reshipping the exchange goods.

Faulty/ Incorrect Item/s

** All of Luna Bella Design products are thoroughly quality checked prior to shipment and we deserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a quality check.**
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the items. Please contact us at for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note we unable to refund items which have small variations in colour or pattern.
